Coffee ot Tea?

Why oh why should there even be a choice between coffee or tea? I, for one, enjoy both. If some one is making tea, I have tea if coffee is being made I am in for that. If, on the other hand, god forbid, I have to make it myself. Not so strange, honestly, it has happened on occasion. Anyway I digress, if I have to make the beverage it is undoubtedly tea I make. My choice between coffee and tea is not one of taste but of efficiency. You see, if I make coffee I would have to, shortly later, make another cup but with tea I make a pot and this gives me at least 5 enjoyable cups of tea. So the quest should be 'If you have to make tea or coffee which would you do?' Simple tea. As I have lived in two different countries where the drinking cultures have been diverse, i.e. USA where coffee was the drink of the day and New Zealand with the British influence and tea was consumed by the gallon I feel preference definitely does not come down to upbringing but to actual work involved in making either. Maybe this is if you are lazy, I am not sure but I just heard the jug boil so guess what hot drink I am going to make. A clue. Not coffee! |
