Banned From Golf? Oops!

Just pick up a club and before you know it you are a great golf player. Right? Not quite. Some have played golf for a great part of their life and could still improve their handicap. Practice does make us better especially when it comes to golf. Golfers are all aware of this and even to the degree of having their putting equipment with them while at work where they can practice golfing at their breaks during the day. So we have a club, a little white ball and enough room to whack that ball for miles. Great idea if it was just that simple. The club choice is very important when it comes to distance hitting. The same is true if you are just putting and again the correct choice of golf club when in a sand trap applies. It is always true that if you want to learn how to do something then the best way is to just get out and try it. Golf is no different. There are plenty of public golf courses where anyone is welcome. You can hire clubs, pay for a game, (a small fee, usually), and off you go. It is usually more enjoyable if you have some friends to travel around the golf course with. There are certain rules that must be obeyed by all golfers and these are for the benefit of golf in general. Golfing etiquette is a whole new subject on its own and you can read about that here . |
